When placing an order by telephone we will require the following: your full name, credit or debit card details (unfortunately we do not accept charge cards), address of the recipient, address where your card is registered, email address and contact telephone numbers - land line and mobile. This will ensure that we can process your order efficiently and notify you if we are having any problems with your order.
This information is treated with the strictest of confidence and is not shared with any other third parties. We will use this information to notify you of any new collections, special offers and changes to our website. All items are sent out by special delivery which needs to be signed for but
will guarantee delivery. There is a minimum charge for Post and Packaging
of £5.00 this is subject to the weight of the item or items being purchased.
The price for P&P will be given to you at the time of ordering.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Frockbrokers will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it before the order is despatched. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
· The product you ordered is unavailable from stock
· Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
· The identification of a pricing or product description error
· You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by telephone. We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Contract Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please email or telephone immediately. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email enquiries@frockbrokers.biz or telephone 00 44 (0)20 7247 4421 within two days of receipt.
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items. Please return the items to us within 10 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange, refund or credit note, providing goods are in perfect condition.
The parcel and its contents are however, your responsibility until they reach us. Please wrap the items very securely, giving full details, and return them to us by insured registered delivery and keep the receipt.
The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Overseas orders: please note that all refunds to overseas orders will be done in British Pounds for the exact amount charged by us in Pounds. Frockbrokers cannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result of any such fluxuations. We would urge our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
Return goods can be made directly to our shop, but notification by telephone or email must be made in advance for immediate exchanges and refunds to be available.
